Residential Services

A house only works when it fits the people inside it. Since 2018 our crews have taken on Central Kentucky homes of every age and condition, reworking layouts, opening up closed-off rooms, and adding the space families keep saying they need.

Residential Work We Take On

Some clients come to us with a full set of drawings. Others have a list on the fridge. Either way, we scope the work carefully, price it honestly, and build it once, properly.

01

Whole-Home Renovations

Older houses with good bones but a layout that no longer works. We restructure the interior, keep the character worth keeping, and bring the systems up to date.

02

Additions & Second Stories

Extra square footage without the move. We tie new framing into the existing structure so the addition reads as part of the original house.

03

Kitchens & Baths

The two rooms that decide how a house feels day to day. We plan storage, light, and traffic flow before a single finish is chosen.

04

Outdoor Rooms

Covered porches, patios, and outdoor kitchens built to hold up through Kentucky summers and hard freezes.

05

Lower-Level Finishing

Unfinished basements turned into usable rooms: a den, a guest suite, a gym, or a workroom with proper moisture control.

06

Design & Pre-Construction

Drawing review, material selection, and a realistic schedule worked out before demolition day, not during it.

07

New Home Construction

When the right answer is a fresh start, we build from the ground up on your lot, start to finish.

How We Run A Residential Job

How We Run A Residential Job

Remodeling a home someone is living in takes more than carpentry. It takes dust control, a clean site, and a schedule that respects the fact that this is your house, not a job site we get to walk away from at the end of the day.

  • Crews We Know

The trades on your project are people we have worked beside for years, not whoever is available that week.

  • Weekly Updates

You hear from us on a schedule, not only when something goes wrong. Progress, next steps, and any decision you owe us.

  • Workmanship Warranty

We come back. If something we installed is not performing, that is our problem to solve, not yours.

The Journey

How A Project Works

Each stage in the order it happens, how long it usually takes, and who you will be dealing with along the way.

  1. Free, no obligation

    First Walk-Through

We meet you at the property and look at the space as it stands today. You describe what is not working. We ask the boring questions about access, utilities, and how the house is put together, because those decide the cost.

  2. Five business days

    Written Estimate

Line-item pricing for labor and materials, with an allowance list for anything still undecided so it cannot hide inside the total. You keep the estimate whether or not you hire us.

  3. Three to four weeks later

    Getting Ready To Build

Permits filed, subcontractors booked, deliveries scheduled, and a start date confirmed in writing. The order of work is settled before equipment shows up on your lawn.

  4. Every week of the build

    Progress Updates

Photos, what got finished, what is coming next, and any choice we need from you. One email, one point of contact, for the whole job.

How A Project With Us Begins

A bathroom refresh and a full new build follow the same opening moves. Here is what the first weeks look like, and what we expect of ourselves once the work starts.

01

We Start By Listening

Before anything is drawn or priced, we want the whole picture: how the room gets used, what has annoyed you for years, and what you refuse to give up. Scope follows that conversation, not a template.

02

Crews We Answer For

The people who frame, trim, and finish your project are on our payroll or have worked beside us for years. Your job does not get handed to whoever is free that week.

03

Straight Numbers, Real Dates

A firm price and a schedule with actual dates in it. When something shifts, you hear it from us early, with options attached, instead of finding out at the end.
