The front exterior of a newly completed custom home

Your Plan On Paper, Then On Your Land

A custom home should answer to your routines, not a floor plan catalog. We start with how you actually use a house, then build the drawings, the budget, and the schedule around it.

Where A Custom Home Starts

Where A Custom Home Starts

Most clients arrive with ideas gathered over years: photos on a phone, a notebook of sketches, a room in a friend's house they never forgot. Our job early on is to sort the wish list into what serves your daily life and what only looks good in a photograph.

From there we work with your architect or bring one in, sit down with the site to understand sun, slope, and access, and settle on a scope that can be built well for the number you have in mind.

Planned For Real Routines

Planned For Real Routines

We ask how mornings go in your house, where boots and book bags land, whether the kitchen island ends up as a desk, and how often people stay over. Those answers shape the layout more than any style label.

The result is a home where circulation makes sense, storage exists in the places clutter actually collects, and rooms earn their square footage.

From Drawings To Framing

From Drawings To Framing

Once plans are set and permits are in hand, our superintendent takes the site. Trade sequencing, inspections, and deliveries are scheduled ahead so the build moves without long dead stretches.

You walk the house at framing, at rough-in, and before finishes go in, with the chance to catch anything that reads differently in real space than it did on paper.

Decisions That Hold Up Over Time

A custom home is a thirty-year purchase. We build with assemblies and materials chosen for how they perform after the first winter, not for how they look in a listing photo.

01

Materials That Wear In

Durable siding, real stone, and flooring that can be refinished later instead of replaced.

02

Trades With Depth

Framers, roofers, and finishers who have each done hundreds of homes and know what a proper detail looks like.

03

Details You Feel

Door swings, stair pitch, trim reveals, and where afternoon light lands in a room. We plan for all of it.

The Journey

How A Project Works

Each stage in the order it happens, how long it usually takes, and who you will be dealing with along the way.

  1. Free, no obligation

    First Walk-Through

We meet you at the property and look at the space as it stands today. You describe what is not working. We ask the boring questions about access, utilities, and how the house is put together, because those decide the cost.

  2. Five business days

    Written Estimate

Line-item pricing for labor and materials, with an allowance list for anything still undecided so it cannot hide inside the total. You keep the estimate whether or not you hire us.

  3. Three to four weeks later

    Getting Ready To Build

Permits filed, subcontractors booked, deliveries scheduled, and a start date confirmed in writing. The order of work is settled before equipment shows up on your lawn.

  4. Every week of the build

    Progress Updates

Photos, what got finished, what is coming next, and any choice we need from you. One email, one point of contact, for the whole job.

How A Project With Us Begins

A bathroom refresh and a full new build follow the same opening moves. Here is what the first weeks look like, and what we expect of ourselves once the work starts.

01

We Start By Listening

Before anything is drawn or priced, we want the whole picture: how the room gets used, what has annoyed you for years, and what you refuse to give up. Scope follows that conversation, not a template.

02

Crews We Answer For

The people who frame, trim, and finish your project are on our payroll or have worked beside us for years. Your job does not get handed to whoever is free that week.

03

Straight Numbers, Real Dates

A firm price and a schedule with actual dates in it. When something shifts, you hear it from us early, with options attached, instead of finding out at the end.
