A kitchen and breakfast nook in a completed remodel

Remodeling, Room By Room

Most remodels come from a specific frustration: a kitchen that cannot fit two cooks, a bathroom from another decade, a floor plan that cuts off the room everyone wants to be in.

Kitchens

Kitchens

A kitchen has more decisions per square foot than any room in the house. We settle the layout and storage first, then the finishes, so the room performs before it photographs.

Working zones, appliance clearances, and counter runs are set around how you cook, whether that is a fast weekday breakfast or a long Sunday dinner with people underfoot.

  • Cabinetry Built To The Room

Layouts and storage planned for your pots, pans, and pantry load, not a standard box.

  • Surfaces That Take Wear

Stone, quartz, and tile chosen for how they handle heat, knives, and daily cleaning.

  • Layered Lighting

Task, ambient, and accent light wired to separate switches so the room changes with the hour.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms

Bathrooms are small jobs with no tolerance for error. Waterproofing, slope, and ventilation decide whether the room lasts, and none of them show in the finished photo.

We handle the wet work properly and finish it with fixtures and tile that suit the way you use the room each morning.

  • Fixtures Worth Keeping

Solid brass and quality valves that will still operate smoothly a decade from now.

  • Vanities That Fit

Built-in or freestanding storage sized to the room and the people sharing it.

  • Tile Set Right

Correct substrate, drainage, and grout lines, installed by hands that do it every week.

  • Light Where It Helps

Vanity lighting that flatters faces instead of casting shadows, plus proper ventilation.

Whole-House Renovation

When the answer is not one room but the whole plan, we open the house up, move walls, and rebuild the flow in a single coordinated project.

Living, cooking, and dining areas get designed as one composition so sight lines and light carry through, and the finished house reads as a single idea.

  • Layout Reworked

Walls removed or added to put rooms where daily life needs them.

  • Finishes Brought Up To Date

Worn materials replaced with options that suit the house's age and your taste.

  • Envelope Improved

Insulation, windows, and HVAC addressed so the house costs less to run and stays comfortable.

  • Modern Function

Storage, outlets, and conveniences planned for how households operate now.

Single Rooms & Odd Spaces

Single Rooms & Odd Spaces

Not every project is dramatic. Sometimes it is one overlooked corner of the house that could be doing more work for you.

  • Home Offices

A dedicated room with real light, quiet, and built-in storage for the way you actually work.

  • Basements

Dry, finished space for a den, gym, or guest suite, with moisture handled before finishes go in.

  • Attics & Nooks

Awkward areas converted into bedrooms, playrooms, or reading rooms with proper insulation and egress.

Why Homeowners Call Us Back

Most of our remodeling work comes from referrals and repeat clients in Central Kentucky. We would rather earn the next job than sell it.

Built To Stay

Rooms finished so they still look right after a decade of real family use.

The Journey

How A Project Works

Each stage in the order it happens, how long it usually takes, and who you will be dealing with along the way.

  1. Free, no obligation

    First Walk-Through

We meet you at the property and look at the space as it stands today. You describe what is not working. We ask the boring questions about access, utilities, and how the house is put together, because those decide the cost.

  2. Five business days

    Written Estimate

Line-item pricing for labor and materials, with an allowance list for anything still undecided so it cannot hide inside the total. You keep the estimate whether or not you hire us.

  3. Three to four weeks later

    Getting Ready To Build

Permits filed, subcontractors booked, deliveries scheduled, and a start date confirmed in writing. The order of work is settled before equipment shows up on your lawn.

  4. Every week of the build

    Progress Updates

Photos, what got finished, what is coming next, and any choice we need from you. One email, one point of contact, for the whole job.

How A Project With Us Begins

A bathroom refresh and a full new build follow the same opening moves. Here is what the first weeks look like, and what we expect of ourselves once the work starts.

01

We Start By Listening

Before anything is drawn or priced, we want the whole picture: how the room gets used, what has annoyed you for years, and what you refuse to give up. Scope follows that conversation, not a template.

02

Crews We Answer For

The people who frame, trim, and finish your project are on our payroll or have worked beside us for years. Your job does not get handed to whoever is free that week.

03

Straight Numbers, Real Dates

A firm price and a schedule with actual dates in it. When something shifts, you hear it from us early, with options attached, instead of finding out at the end.
