Commercial Services
A commercial build has a harder job than a house: it has to work for customers, employees, and a balance sheet at the same time. We build out and renovate commercial space across Central Kentucky with those three in mind.
What We Build For Businesses
Every project starts with how your operation actually runs: deliveries, foot traffic, equipment loads, staff flow. The drawings follow that, not the other way around.
Design Built Around Operations
We sit with your team and plan around the way the business moves, so the finished space speeds up work instead of fighting it.
Construction That Holds Up
Commercial finishes take abuse. We specify assemblies and hardware rated for the traffic your space will actually see.
Warehouse & Industrial
Clear spans, slab work, loading access, and utility capacity planned around your equipment and growth.

One Team From Permit To Opening
One Team From Permit To Opening
Our project managers handle the whole chain: architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors, coordinated against a schedule built backwards from your open date.
Change orders get priced before work proceeds, and site meetings happen on a set rhythm so decisions never sit waiting on somebody's inbox.
Scoped To Your Operation
A two-room office refresh and a corporate headquarters have almost nothing in common except that both need to open when promised. We scale the same discipline to either.
Any Footprint
Small tenant improvements through full ground-up builds, with the same superintendent oversight on the work.
Retail, Office & Hospitality
Customer-facing spaces detailed to look right and hold up under daily public use.
Dates We Keep
Milestones tracked against the contract schedule, with early warning when something threatens the date.
The Journey
How A Project Works
Each stage in the order it happens, how long it usually takes, and who you will be dealing with along the way.
Free, no obligation
First Walk-Through
We meet you at the property and look at the space as it stands today. You describe what is not working. We ask the boring questions about access, utilities, and how the house is put together, because those decide the cost.
Five business days
Written Estimate
Line-item pricing for labor and materials, with an allowance list for anything still undecided so it cannot hide inside the total. You keep the estimate whether or not you hire us.
Three to four weeks later
Getting Ready To Build
Permits filed, subcontractors booked, deliveries scheduled, and a start date confirmed in writing. The order of work is settled before equipment shows up on your lawn.
Every week of the build
Progress Updates
Photos, what got finished, what is coming next, and any choice we need from you. One email, one point of contact, for the whole job.

How A Project With Us Begins
A bathroom refresh and a full new build follow the same opening moves. Here is what the first weeks look like, and what we expect of ourselves once the work starts.
We Start By Listening
Before anything is drawn or priced, we want the whole picture: how the room gets used, what has annoyed you for years, and what you refuse to give up. Scope follows that conversation, not a template.
Crews We Answer For
The people who frame, trim, and finish your project are on our payroll or have worked beside us for years. Your job does not get handed to whoever is free that week.
Straight Numbers, Real Dates
A firm price and a schedule with actual dates in it. When something shifts, you hear it from us early, with options attached, instead of finding out at the end.

Tell us about your project
Give us the short version and we will come look at the property. The first visit costs nothing, and there is no expectation that you hire us.
